How much do people make in marketing?
A ton of engineering TC numbers and I’m curious how much people in marketing here are making especially in the bay/Seattle/NY?
350k-400k depending on refreshers.
148k base, 72k in RSUs.
Sr Marketing Manager - 206 base plus 150k to 200k in variable comp/year. 12 years experience.
215k base, 75-100k bonus, 30-50k RSU. Manager, 20 yoe
That's a really interesting comp split with such a heavy bonus percentage vs rsus.
Its Intel - they give nothing in stock (compared to most).
$80k base, $5k bonus. 5 yoe (up for a promotion soon). Remote in the Midwest.
$130 base, 10% bonus. Manager in the midwest.
I think you have the highest take home in this entire thread . 130 in a LCOL area is amazing
Manager in SF w/ 7 yoe, 135k base, 15% bonus Manager band range is from 109-169k w/ median 145k
