How much do swe at big 4 get paid in Austin?
I know that all the big 4/N companies have offices in Austin, TX but was wondering if they paid the same amount as in Bay Area, Seattle, NYC offices or is it adjusted for the cost of living?

It's adjusted to the market for fb, so not necessarily cost of living. I imagine there's a strong correlation though.

Last time I checked these were all sales offices.
Nah they have engineering offices for Facebook and google at least

For amazon Austin is the same as Seattle. We pay more in NYC and Bay
Of course it is adjusted. If it wasnt, you would be pretty foolish to live in any of those places. I will say that even with the adjustment, the cost of living does make it more attractive to work in Austin.
