How much does Facebook pay in Austin?

Got an offer from FB but I think is low E3 - 106 / 75k over 4 years / 10%

Yes, in Seattle TC ranges are similar to the Bay Area, but CoL is roughly 30% lower.

'Software developer' is not SWE. It's an engineering support type role, under the ops org most likely.

I live in Austin currently, moved from the Bay Area. That is a solid pay for an E3 here and goes much further than it would in the Bay or even Seattle.
