Working as an SDE 2 at Amazon currently and have 3 years experience. I got an offer for T4 at Lyft @ Seattle. The recruiter asked me to give an estimate on expectation for base, bonus and RSUs. How much should i ask for? Same story for Twitter @ San Francisco. However Twitter offer is for Sr. SDE.
Why wouldn't you take Twitter? It's a promotion and Lyft is lateral.

Why name anything? Just tell them to make you a fair offer and negotiate from there. You never want to be the first to give information away.

My friend just joined Lyft at the same level and experience as you (exception is full career at Amazon), and negotiated for 250k TC (170k base, 40k signing, 160k RSU over 4 years)
