Upper band of L6 (Lead) is around 160k base. So anywhere between 120k - 160k. LTI (Long term incentives, basically RSUs) are not provided at this level and are only handed out in special circumstances. Bonus is 10% at this level.
tmDe33 is correct. Target is probably the best paying company in Minnesota. Wells Fargo potentially can pay close to Target but the tech stack there and the slow moving culture of technology there would be severely lacking.
Amazon is probably the only other company that could pay better than Target.
