2 years work ex, 110k base + 4~6 bonus + espp + rsu about 12k year +401k
Around 180k/yr ote same title + espp
80k / 3k sign on / 7-10% yearly bonus(performance based) / no RSUs. 3.5 YOE. Software Engineer Definitely leaving to make the jump to $110-120k range.
Was making $89k base, $97k total at a local startup as of a few months ago. 4-5 years Ops/DevOps experience.
Is 120k the base salary? Or stock options included?
136k/20% performance incentive/6% 401k match /~3% profit sharing. 8 YOE,

Depends. Bonuses play a big part in it. They pay alright for the area, I might be off as well. I don't know exact figures and can only postulate. Why would they pay more though? Cost of living is ridiculously cheap in ATL compared to other cities.
