How quickly is onsite feedback given?

I’ve heard about Microsoft’s AA (as appropriate) onsite interviews where a candidate may be walked out in the middle of their loop if they’re doing poorly. Curious about whether other companies’ interviewers also give this hire/no-hire feedback immediately after their interviews because it seems extremely quick

It depends, some companies I interviewed with including VMware I got the feedback on the spot after the full loop and we discussed compensation details over the phone later, some companies may take more

If it goes badly, I usually let the recruiter know. They can get walked out if initial feedback is negative enough I interviewed with Microsoft a long time ago and they were fairly unique. They gave me a bullshit question at the end while the interview panel met and then gave me the offer before I left. I wonder if they still do that.

Yes its weird i attended Microsoft onsite couple of months back and was escorted out due to “scheduling error”. Later realized its Microsoft way to cut short interview loop and not waste candidate/interviewers time. But agree its extreme.

It isn't immediate feedback. If you don't meet the AA can can probably infer some things, but if you do it doesn't mean you'll get an offer.
