They can fast track if you have other offers or interviews scheduled
From on site to written offer for me was about 4 weeks. I got a team match almost instantly though, but I had to come back for a followup system design.

About 5 - 7 weeks, start to finish. The biggest obstacle is usually coordinating onsite interviews, which need at least a one week lead time. Hiring committee, compensation committee and executive committee also need to weigh in on a potential offer. And of course, team match.
