How soon is too soon to quit a job?
Hey Recruiters/Manager, How soon is too soon to quit a job. If you find out that you don’t fit in right after you start, can you quit? Do you get blacklisted? Any repercussions?

I agree because, it will be questioned when op tries to find a job. And if he stays for decent years in next job this quick jump wouldn’t matter

I was told 2 years minimum
1 year : no questions asked. Less than that you need a strong story
What if you take an offer for a position you like better less than a year after joining a company? Does your point still applies?
