How to break into Growth?

I’m considering going into growth. I did sales for saas companies for the past 2 years. Pretty burnt out from cold-calling and giving demos. Many of my friends did a bootcamp. Heard they were generally okay. Some of them just self-taught with online courses. Any suggestions for me? Any bootcamp recommendations?

What exactly do you mean by growth

Interesting roles I’m thinking of are Growth PM, Growth Marketer, and Paid Acquisitions. Not entirely sure what Growth PM exactly entails thou.

Why are you interested in growth pm if you don’t know what that means?

Leetcode man. I know people majored in Japanese and psychology for undergrad, went through leetcode boot camp and got offers from FANG.

But isn’t leetcode for engineers only? That’s my assumption. But ill check it out! Thanks man

How much do these jobs pay, just curious? Why do you want to go from a real job like Sales to a made up dead end position like 'growth' that any motivated individual can do? There's not going to be another Chamath and another Facebook. Rather, if you get good at Enterprise SaaS sales, you'll make 600k to 1 million a year starting age 35. Sales is really really hard for the first 10 years, but you'll mint money for the rest of your life.

Growth is often an analytics oriented marketing role - two ways of breaking are to either approach from the analysis angle (learn sql excel etc get a job as a junior analyst then start doing more marketing analytics projects) or from the marketing angle (get a job as a marketing coordinator in a demand marketing - not brand! - oriented company)
