I have a team member who does not communicate/document important updates that he applies to the system. I discover things in future which is frustrating.
Generally he is OK to work with but this habit of not documenting/communicating affects other members work (including me) down the line.
Basically i have to fix his fix.
How do you deal with such team members? I have requested him several times to document/communicate imp updates but in vain. I dont want to complain about him to our manager. What should I do?

- Honestly sounds like you're shit at communicating too. Sit his ass down and explain yourself (without sounding like a dick). If that doesn't work then he's stubborn af and theres nothing you can do
