With so many things going on, its hard to keep my mind off them. I write it down, create my own tasks, but I still cant get it off my mind. If that's the case I cant fall asleep at night. How do I force myself to feel tired at 10pm and discipline myself to not stay up

Melatonin and there is a particular good brand on Amazon with an orange label.
Melatonin with CBD, or two benadryls does the trick
Do some form of cardio / other physical exercise daily, even if it's for 30 minutes. I found that very helpful, might be worth trying out. YMMV.
Not too late in the evening though.

Don’t drink coffee after noon is my strategy. And also do it gradually, you can’t move your biological clock by 2 hours overnight. No electronics before bed, try just reading or journaling. Or meditate.
