How to get VISA sponsorship from Google and Facebook in lateral hiring?
Google and Facebook are my dream companies. However, I wish to work in their US campus. I am based out of India. Do Google and Facebook hire from outside US and provide VISA sponsorship? If not does it make sense to come on L1B Visa from another company and then try for them.
OP... The easiest route is to find a job in FB or Google India and then move to US on a L1. H1b for this year is over. Even for next year, it is 6 month wait. So find a L1 visa, come to US, get a H1 and then look for your dream companies. I don't know how big of small FB or Google India tech teams are
