How to get an interview at Apple

I have tried reaching out to recruiters on LinkedIn and also applied online.havent received even a negative response. Obviously applying online doesn't mean anything. I have a long experience working with Java and RESTful API's which is requirement for some of the jobs within Siri and icloud atleast. But I don't have experience working with Cassandra or big data technologies. I see a lot of positions which require you to know these stuff at Apple. What would be the best way to score an interview in this case? Should I be working at a FAANG already or get a referral?

If your LinkedIn profile is not top notch (nice head shot, no typos, great summary of your accomplishments) then you are not putting your best foot forward and will get ignored by recruiters. Keep in mind that recruiters and hiring managers sometimes troll LinkedIn. Referral is the best option and LinkedIn is the 2nd best. The good thing about LinkedIn is that recruiters will contact you if you are good enough....
