You can buy this stock called SPY (S&P 500). It will basically be the overall US market which typically grows about 7% a year on avg, but it's been super volatile in the last few months and there is a high likelihood there will be a crash soon
Its not overall, its S&P 500 companies. VTSAX is overall.
Also take a look on VT, BND, AOA, etc.
