How to make myself more visible to get picked by Google Logistics/Transportation?

I have 8 yoe in International and Domestic Transportation with MS and MBA in SCM from top ranked SCM school. While in Bay Area, I'm looking towards fulfilling my dream of working at Google. In the last 3 years I have had a few 1~2 rounds of phone interviews with Google Express team but never got thru to get an offer. Any pointers on how to make the right connection with the hiring team? How would you meet them in person? Any other crazy ideas that worked for someone? Other than the usual ways of approaching the hiring team, I was thinking maybe just standing inside the Google campus to hand over resumes or maybe use AdWords to target Google recruiters but seems like an expensive idea or too time consuming/overboard. Any effective suggestions here Googlers?

Contact the hiring managers (those who have written hiring ..... in their profile).

Not sure what this role is, but your best chance is a referral if you know someone at G, other than that you can look up LinkedIn to see if any recruiter is hiring for that team or use appropriate keywords in your resume and LinkedIn profile so that your profile shows up in search. Else apply online.

I've had a few calls thru referrals. Will search LinkedIn with keywords. Thanks.

People can be this much desperate, I had no idea. Standing inside google campus and hand out resumes? Get some self esteem first. Google is right to ignore you.

Get some backbone first. Otherwise these wisdom won’t penetrate your brain.

If you had phone interviews but didn’t get through, your resume isn’t the problem. Work on your interviewing skills. Practice with a friend. Write down all the questions you would expect and practice. Make sure you have a good personal elevator pitch. Also, update your LinkedIn profile with the same keywords they use in their job descriptions. Think from the standpoint of a recruiter and what they would be searching for on LI.
