I have my onsite coming up soon. I have gone through all Glassdoor questions and prepared a bunch of behavioral stuff just incase. Will be rehearsing my design challenge presentation as well. What else can I do to further prepare for the onsite? What catches interviewees off-guard, or cause interviewers to reject? I am coming from a small company and it is a big jump so I want to be as well prepared as I possibly can. EDIT: Additional information to clarify. Product Design engineer, 1+ YOE.
