How to prepare for LinkedIn staff background screen interview
I have an interview call for staff engineer (system and infrastructure) at LinkedIn. The recruiter told me that the screening contains 2 interviews: 1. Background module: focuses on leadership, execution and craftsmanship 2. Technical mode: focuses of DS , algorithms I guess #2 is the same as regular phone screens where they ask Leetcode type questions? How to prepare for #1 ? Any tips fellow LinkedIners?

Had a staff+ eval Basically background round Focus on leadership, high level system design.
Think of your projects and how you focused on executing them. What code quality or team efficiencies did you promote (craftsmanship). And how did you lead the project and your leadership style.
