I’ve been considering applying for a product position at Google. I haven’t started the process yet, so I have plenty of time. Any recommendations on how to prep? Books, courses, tutoring, other? Background: I’ve been in product for 10 years, managed teams and budgets. I’ve also been associated with Google Ventures.
Just give them the secret Goog handshake and password, you should slide right in after that..
Best is to find someone who is a PM at google to practice with. The books on PM interviews only go so far.
I found Decode and Conquer extremely helpful. Cuts to the chase, no bloat, very efficient!
