I have an onsite interview next week with Alexa team for SDE . Does anyone know any good resources for preparing interview question based on amazon leadership principles? Any help is highly appreciated
What is "cross question"? Also, how much do they ask follow-ups
It’s not a quiz on how well you know the LPs it’s a quiz on your background and during your answer of those questions they expect you to showcase how you epitomize the LPs. For example they may only ask you 2-3 questions about past experience but the hope is the answers you give showcase multiple LPs per question. Regarding follow ups, it’s a conversation where you are telling a story so they are likely to ask for more detail in areas they think will help showcase LPs if you aren’t doing a good enough job on your own
I had my onsite recently. Out of the 5 hours of interviews more than half of the time was spent asking behavioral questions. That is crazy.
this is he only thing you need to read. good luck! https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/how-interview-amazon-leadership-david-anderson/
This is really helpful, thank you!

Look up the list of questions from Glassdoor and make sure to have a story from the past against each principle. They're going to cross question a lot of those principles.
