Here's the breakdown of my individual AT&T bill: $35 for unlimited everything, including data. $30 access for smartphone 4G LTE w/ visual VM. $53 phone and insurance and protection (Galaxy S9 Note). $9 fees and taxes. It adds up to $127/mo. Do you know of ways to reduce it? Which of the above costs I can save on if switch to a family plan?
Atnt family plan costs $40 to a friend. You might want to check it out. TMobile is even cheaper.
Family plans are usually a lot cheaper. Shop around for plans. I believe sprint still has their one year free plan
I have the att unlimited data plan, with 5 other family members and a friend on the plan. Brings the cost per line way down
I think it breaks out to $46 per person, ~$70 if you add a phone lease (att next)
I use ATT
Check out Mint (runs on T-Mobile) & Red Pocket mobile (runs on AT&T)
Switch to Sprint, itโs $60/mo for the first line and you can lease a note9 for just $20/mo
It depends on your locations. In major cities Sprintโs coverage is pretty good and in NYC speeds are now faster than AT&T.
Check your friends. Someone may have access to an AT&T rep that can get you on a discount plan. I now supposedly work for Time Warner and get 30% off my bill every month.
This. As an employee of an AT&T owned company I get 50% off my phone bill plus Iโm allowed to add a ridiculous number of friends and family to my plan.
Dude go for pay-as-u-go, my total phone expense for single line is 40$ a month, and it is unlimited call, unlimited text, 8gb Ltd(rolls over unused data as well). https://www.att.com/prepaid/plans.html
This, if you can get 4 more people joining, the autopay + multiline discount yields roughly $28 per person per month before tax
Paygo or cricket (same network than att) can help to reduce bill. Also family plan can help. Finally, I don't pay 4 insurance, I pay the phone's bill with Wells Fargo credit card that offers protection for free as long as you pay with it.
