How to tell Google HR that I have offers pending

I’ve been interviewing with google for the past couple of months. This week I received two offers, but I would certainly prefer to join Google over the two. Google HR says I need to meet one senior person in the division before they can make a call. They asked for my availability a couple of days ago and I gave them Monday-Wednesday next week. Still haven’t heard back about the schedule. How do I politely tell Google HR that I have offers pending and I would like to expedite? Would they entertain the request?

Literally tell them that you have offers you need to hear back by X and you would like to expedite the interview process at Google. They will try to entertain the request but no promises.

Graffiti it in their doors at home. They love that!

That would take a lot of pee volume

Good point. Maybe shorten it to “Hurry!”

Thanks everyone for the advice. I was straightforward and also explained why I prefer google over the others.

They are basically recruiters (not hr). Just tell them. The recruiters will lose the bonus if they lose you. So they will be happy to know it sooner than later.

Agreed... they should have been transparent up front that they would want to hear about other offers.
