My aim is Google but after reading many threads here looks like the other 3 give you good numbers to negotiate with Google. On speaking with Google recruiter they said we recommend u to interview at Google first then others given a long hiring process. Please share if you went through a similar thing and how you timed it to be in a position of strong negotiation
Google can take up to a month. Facebook 2 weeks? The other two can give you an offer next day or two if you have offer deadlines.
A month for the written offer including going through HC, team matching, comp and other reviews? I get the impression they only move that fast if you have a competing offer and don’t need additional interviews

Jesus, they really make you work for that offer. Kinda ridiculous. I'm in the same boat, though. Looking at a few others after my Google interview next month. But ideally I'd actually like to get into Google next year.
Google really drags their feet even if you have other offers on the table.

Yes for timing but at the same time maybe interview at smaller companies to get some practice in
