I’m coming across with quite a lot operational stuff at my work, which I think Project/Program Manager should take care of. It really takes big chunk of my time, and instead of focusing on the product vision/roadmap I have to chase daily operational stuff. How is PMO helping in your organization? Are happy with their work/help?

We have a PMO and they are mostly idiots who don’t know what my team actually needs. They do forward a lot of emails though!
