When stock price drops, what to expect for Amazon employees’ compensation? Are they going to get more cash to compensate their loss in stock awards?
PIPed out
They'll probably start cutting back on the banana budget.
Lol... I doubt it
It’s a profit sharing plan designed to “motivate” you to work hard and help the company make money so the stock price increases and you make more. Fun on the way up, sucks on the way down. They don’t “make it up” with cash. That’s like asking for a participation trophy. The speculation the last 3 years has made tech people delusional.
They have a target TC for your level. If it goes below that, then maybe they'll give your TC a boost. But I heard it has to go below a certain threshold, like 10,15%.
Nope there is a cash cap but amzn employees are completely bought in and will continue to work super hard to fix "their company"
Nope lmao 😂 not amazon . Maybe google and Facebook might though
