Useless team, they are customer support team via chat and their goal is to reduce the number of tickets that gets opened by the customers and goes to CSS. Even devs doesn't have good work in the group. Did you recently given interview for that team and got the offer?
If you get in, get out as fast as possible. This is a support org that doesn’t really do any think but pay each other on the back and get promoted. Lots of Principals who couldn’t cut it in a real engineering org.
