How’s Okta to work for ?

It’s just so-so. You okta know by now.

Been here for a while. I’m a fan of the culture and the work. Lots of high quality people. I’ve learned a lot and know I’m set up for better things when or if I leave. WLB can be an issue depending on your department but generally it’s “work hard then go home” type of mentality. But honestly, rising stock price solves all problems and Okta still has a lot of room to grow.

As a software engineer, I heard that they mostly have monolithic architecture. How does that help in future learning or is that a right place to be for next 3-5 years?
