I saw some posts from folks at Comcast and comp was pretty decent for non Bay Area/Seattle. What’s comp like at NBC? Do you get free universal studio access? Where are most of you located? La?
The monetary comp is def low. But i think it’s comped by good benefits and perks. I get free access X times a year (the longer you’ve been, the more). Lots of movie screening and some random events like premier, award, sports events, etc. Most are in LA and NY i think
Would it be possible to shine some light through numbers please? Like somebody joins as an Analyst and try to ladder up towards Manager, what would the comp look like in NY?
I’m located in LA so can’t speak for NY but assume it’ll be higher than LA. Analyst will prob will start from 60 - 90K and when you move up to a manager it’ll be 100 - 130K. Finance will get a little more and Engineering will get a lot more. My reference was in Marketing
Pay is average for media, but you get a bunch of perks, including free cable.
Last i had a discussion with hr about a potential job opportunity in NJ, they offered less TC than what I got right now, and a level-up title. No thanks. I want both.
