Hows my Microsoft offer?

New Grad L59 offer Location: Seattle Base: 110k Signing: 15k Stock: 70k Compared to other offers I've seen the signing and stock could both go a bit higher but I have no competing offers to negotiate with right now. Have an interview coming up with Amazon but that's the only one which could give a comparable offer. Thoughts or advice?
