      Forced arbitration agreements have been ruled unenforceable in some states already.

      You can’t take someone’s legal rights away as a condition of employment.

      Very few people will cancel a job offer over the arbitration clause. Something that almost no one thinks they’ll ever need to use.

      Sure people should always take the high road and never agree to anything no matter how small that they don’t agree with.
