Culture is decent. WLB depends on the team and how close to launch you are. It's hardware so even as a SWE your shit has to be on time for events or seasons. Weekends have been worked.

Depends on team and how soon you are to launch. ATAP is under the hardware PA, most of those folks don't have great work/life balance.
