I-140 question
Hello - have an immigration question for the group. Indian citizen, MBA, non-tech role at Amazon. I had applied for I-140 through Amazon and on checking the USCIS website, I get this message. Anyone know what this means? On July 3, 2018, we began reviewing your Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker, Receipt Number LIN1****. We mailed you a notice informing you of the action we intend to take on your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice and submit any requested materials. Thanks!

A RFE would be “We mailed a request for additional evidence for your Form I-140...” This is probably good news. How long has it been pending? Which category?

According to the average processing time for that category in the Nebraska service center (see below), it’s about time they start processing it. The letter might be your approval notice. https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/
