1) Team matching depends on how picky you are. Should be a breeze but realize ur competing with internals etc. 2) Ask recruiter/levels.fyi lol

If you’re a weaker candidate like me, team matching could take over a month. I was L3 though so you’ll probably be much better off than I was.
Did the recruiter tell you about how strong or weak your feedback was?
They told me my phone interview was really strong. For onsite, they told me a few of my interviews were positive but didn’t tell me about a couple of others. Maybe because they didn’t have the full feedback yet. Once I passed HC I didn’t bother asking but you might still be able to.
1. Yes. You need to team match and then there is another set of vp/svp approvals, any of which could be a reject. Also after team match the manager can still fill opening with internal transfer till you sign offer. So then you need to team match again.
