I am not a vegan, because...

Vegan is too restrictive. I’ll have eggs sometimes (but I still feel bad about the treatment of the chickens. I’ll cut eggs eventually.). Sometimes fish too, but very rarely. Also, there are not really any alternatives to wool or leather (of similar durability). Honey is a step too far. I don’t care if bees can consent or not.

You don't have to eat meat to not be a vegan.

Vegan is too hard to do, they're are soooo many restrictions. I wouldn't call myself a vegetarian but I will avoid meat if I can.

I’m not a vegan because there is not much meat-replacement food yet. But we should go this direction. That mass animal killing happening now is absolute disgusting and terrible, and must be stopped.

Fuck that shit. My ancestors didn’t hunt and kill and survive for me to leave on soy beans. I would rather eat 3 porterhouses a day and die at 45 (extremely unlikely anyway) Don’t give a fuck about how animals are treated. If they were ever in our position, that’s how they would treat us. Also meat is delicious and this is america, I don’t need to justify my meat consumption to anyone

I don't see the point

It's super unhealthy. I haven't seen any vegan that is healthy and socially active. If i go out with my vegan friends usually they skim through the menu and then i ask them: Me: So what are you going to order? VF: I'll order fries/potatoes... Other options are burgers with mushrooms.
