I did some interviews recently. All Indian interviewers gave me negative feedback, all other nations gave me pass. This is not only true for one company I interviewed for. I am Chinese, any thoughts on this? (Don’t over-read, I am stating facts only and try to see if you have same observations)
Indians fail everyone ;)
Including other Indians :-)
I always dread the Indian dude who is conducting the interview. They start with high expectations and then you make a few mental mistakes and you can see on their face that they are getting pissed off inside.
I’m sure being a racist doesn’t help either
Ok my intuition is is there way to regulate interviews in the industry?
“Regulate interviews in the industry” democrat spotted
I am Indian n I failed interview when Indian interviewed me ... Indian are highly competitive people just like Chinese .. so don’t take it personally
There is no way you can figure out which interviewer gave you what review. If you messed up the interview, stop coming up with stupid reasons for your failure.
I got feedback from recruiter who told me which person failed me.
There you go. Your mystical company’s mystical recruiter are all fake. No company works like this. Go cry somewhere else.
Are you a native English speaker (ABC)? Sometime, I feel quite difficult to understand Indian accent, which might be an issue during interview and when you are under pressure.
Maybe you are not good enough? Do you feel you did well in these interviews?
Indians have no special love for hiring Indians
How do you know who failed you
Have you considered the simple truth that you're simply not as good as you think and the interview brought out your inadequacies as it naturally should?
Any thoughts? I think you are lying and and not even good at it.
Why do I bother to lie?
How do you know others “gave a pass” to you and all Indian interviews failed you? And that itself with every company you interviewed.
