I have 7 years experience in my field am I under compensated?

I work as a supervisor/Key Holder for a luxury brand making 35k+ 2% of my sales. I work under a GM with 4 years retail experience and no prior job experience... Additionally I work 50hrs/week. So if we break it down I make 14.50 after 5/45 minute meals are taken out. Am I accepting too little?

14.50 / hour is your base salary. What is your salary with 2% commission? If you sell well, you can make alot.

There are weeks when our stores (company wide) have $0 days consecutively so it’s not consistent at all.

we need way more context to make a recommendation. what are you trending towards total compensation in 2019?

Can you switch jobs? There's very little reason to promote or give someone a raise if there's no need to

This is why everyone is moving to Albertsons... They give super market pay

+1. Other companies need to reevaluate their pay structure if they hope to compete with Albertsons for talent.
