I work as a supervisor/Key Holder for a luxury brand making 35k+ 2% of my sales. I work under a GM with 4 years retail experience and no prior job experience... Additionally I work 50hrs/week. So if we break it down I make 14.50 after 5/45 minute meals are taken out. Am I accepting too little?
