I have offers from Dropbox and Square.
Total compensation at Dropbox and Square is about the same but Dropbox is giving 15% Cash bonus and Stock refreshers(~20 ) compare to Square not giving cash bonus and no confirmation/amount about stock refreshers. Square stock is performing well while DBX not sure about stock. Please advice...
Dropbox is up against competitors with billions and all it has going is a cute logo and better UI. Square will be around long after DB is gone

I’ve received between 10% and 80% over the years. No way to generalize.
Dropbox obviously is a better company. Much better talent reputation

According to the other employees here square seems to still give refresher, and I think Dropbox doesn't have a great future. Ik a lot of people like to say Dropbox is some really prestigious company cause of super hard interview but square is still great imo
