How does it feel to be this awesome? Are the girls glancing at you when you walk on the streets?

It feels pretty good, no girl can resist me once they see me implement an LFU cache.

I like how they had LRU marked as hard until recently. Made me feel good to breeze a hard problem lol. Only other hard class problems I can solve are sliding window and graph dfs lol

Half of the string hards are just parsers and most of the dp hards you can just memoize a recursive relation. The graph hards are almost all pathfinding. In general if you get the principles beneath them they are not really very hard

What the fuck is the point of an AMA if you arent willing to share any useful info? Go somewhere else if you're trying to flex with LC...

I've read that tech companies pay a lot better in the US than EU, do you know if this is true from what you've seen?

Also if it is, is there any reason you've chosen to stay in England?

It's true, he claims to earn 200k pounds with 6 YOE in London and this is a very high salary there, almost surely he's a Quant. For context, I got a friend hired in Facebook for £56k - IC3

That's crazy different than most US offers, do you know if eu people are trying to migrate to the us for tech?

Are you trying to get into FANG? Solving 500+ leetcode problems seems like a waste of time, I would have just worked on one of my own ideas instead.

Not really. You can do one problem a day, and be done in < 2 yrs. there’s a lot more free time in a day after one problem is done when you can do other stuff

    What is your goal?

About 3-4 months, at first started for fun, then started interviewing and got a serious tempo going. Now back to doing them for fun.
