I am a project manager and have 1-1.5 months to find a new job, what should be my best strategy ? Do companies like FB,MS,Google etc. have fast hiring turnaround ? Also what are the other similar companies I can try working for ? Any tips are appreciated.
Google is the slowest in the industry. FB is your best bet
Look for a smaller company...the world is not just these 4 companies

Look for customer success managers...every SAS company is looking for those and it relates close to your project management skills
Agreed. I am too looking for CSM role
Thank you

If you’re at risk, find a new job BEFORE you get laid off. Always better situation
That’s what the post is about
Did you get PIP-ed? It’s very common at Amazon
Not yet but I may in few months from now
How long you been there and which group at Amazon?
What area (s) do you have experience in? That'll help you get better answers. As someone said earlier, Google is pretty slow. Try fb, VMware, Uber, salesforce, Lyft, Snapchat etc. (Depending on your areas of expertise
