I started a program in mentoring college kids. One of them is finishing BS in Chemistry next semester.
He doesn't know what career to pursue or what MS specialty. I'm in finance so I'm short in recommendations here ....Any advice from those close to this field?
why did you fucking start a program when you can’t give your students advice? it seems than blind need to do your job
Obviously you never mentored anyone. The scope is broader than just career advice. I'd recommend you the experience to broaden your own perspective
