P.S that’s now how it works in US. Initial meeting is just figuring out what you’re looking for and what the company has to offer. You can be upfront about your GC, tell them you need it. That’s about it! As far as salary goes, DONT disclose your current salary. Leave the salary discussion for after the full interview. Good Luck!
That’s such a low ball base for California, new grad salaries start 100k+ in the valley. Jump before any of the immigration reforms become a law especially the 130k salary requirement.
