Ic3 salary at Oracle seattle

Hey guys Just landed a job at Oracle as an ic3. Would greatly appreciate any information on compensation Currently work at 62 level in Microsoft .

220 - 250k. again 260 for some ic3 it might be much higher

A friend of mine got an offer for 245k last year for the same position, was considering quoting 300k as an initial offer
