If food is damaged during uber eats delivery
Does the driver get docked for it or is it Uber ? I ordered ice cream and it came melted but I don’t wanna penalize the driver coz it might have been the shop . The driver bought it in cold storage .

Who did u pay, uber eats or the driver?
Uber eats obviously but I don’t want the driver penalized. I want the shop to refund for melted ice cream and Uber to pay its driver and eat the loss

Ice cream with Uber eats seems like a stretch to begin with
In Seattle Uber Eats ice cream is $8 for a pint, sometimes $12. It even crushes gas station prices. A...friend...told me.
We have options for delivery from Ben and jerry's but, yeah, I don't see a reason to try it, seems like it would take too long.
