I suck at time management. I've been in engineering for 15 years and I feel that past few years its gradually getting worse, probably because of communication tools (Slack) and agile methodology which makes it easier to interrupt people (I'm senior and partially into production engineering so I get lots of interrupts from peers). Any advice on how to focus better? Any tool you use to monitor digital activity? (I figured if I monitor I'll improve).
