Indeed Interview Process

Interviewed for a position at Indeed recently. After the onsite, recruiter emailed me “Congrats we are moving you to next step, team matching”. No mention of offer or anything. How does this work? I get an offer after team matching? Is there a chance I wont get offer after team matching?
