Indeed vs OCI vs Qualtrics
Got offers from these 3 for Senior SWE positions. TC is comparable and in the range 270 - 300. Indeed is more cash heavy and rest both are RSU heavy. I am mainly looking for more impactful work, flexibility in working hours and better growth prospects. It looks like Qualtrics has lots of room for growth but worse benefits and limited leave and WFH policy. So I am leaning towards OCI or Indeed. Wondering if ppl had similar choices and chose one vs other ? Currently senior(L63) at Microsoft, YOE 8.

How does Senior SWE at indeed compare to Google or fb? Levels.fyi suggests it's like T4/E4?
They won't tell you real level while recruiting and Senior is level 3 which is staff must places. Offer is in top of 3 band
What is your current base at ms? Did you get msa? What level? If you arent getting at least a 20% increase and you value impactful work I would definitely stay at ms.
Currently L63. I did get good amount of SSA this year but still my TC is well below current offers as my joining RSUs are all vested.

How was interview experience in all of them? Are you in Seattle or Bay
All in Seattle. Interview level was almost the same, though Indeed being the longest and a bit unique. I felt Indeed's coding question were also bit harder.
Were all coding questions from leetcode? And by level lc hard/medium/easy? Are questions tagged with company? Did you have phone screen as well? Easy or difficult?
Iāve been with Oracle for almost 4 years and I really enjoy culture and environment here. Lots of opportunities and we have several openings at the moment. I recommend OCI team! Iām very optimistic about the current strategy and what we have lined up for the next months/year
