Inform my google recruiter about offer from oci
I gave onsite for google last Friday and it went really well- recruiter is yet to share any feedback but promised that she will get back this week. I got an offer from OCI (no numbers yet) but I am not sure if I should inform her or wait for oci to give some numbers first ? I am thinking if I rush my google recruiter it might end up being a reject (maybe I am overthinking this). What should I do? Wait or just inform her?
If this is for SDE, how many questions and at what LC level did you have?
Wait for initial numbers from both. Once you get a low ball offer from google, negotiate hard with OCI and then take that offer to google and ask them to match it.
They won't reject you due to another offer. At best they will get the result out sooner
Why do you want to rush it though? What's the advantage? She said she'll get back to you this week, so let her do that and politely reply saying you're waiting for offer details from Oracle too. If they both give you the numbers by then, you can negotiate, otherwise it will have to wait till you have both numbers.

Telling Google about OCI will in fact result in Google expediting the process. But doubt they'll match OCI.
Google will laugh on your face. I experienced this last week. They said OCI will probably fire you before the 1st year ends so they don’t give a flying f@@k about ur oci tc
