Do they give stock options at Informatica? Also, any updates on when they will become public again?
No I don’t think so. I wonder if they start giving some sort of an equity if voluntary attrition rate goes up.
I worked here many years ago. I don’t think this company will ever go public. Management is full of shit.

We don’t have rsu. The tc is base plus 10%. 5k 401k match. I would check paysa, Glassdoor, h1binfo to get idea about the ranges. Not rwc based so can’t help you with range.
