Looking to purchase a new construction from Toll Brothers and just wondering in the offer does it still make sense to have inspection as contingency since the builder offers warranty?

Definitely get inspection. I have bought 3 new construction homes (one of them was from Toll Bros).
In all three there were few minor things that did come up in the inspection report. One of my friend's new home fr Toll Bros had major foundation issue.

What can u do if the inspection found out issues about the house? Do they offer to fix it? If it’s minor would they go down on the price?
Usually any good builder will fix those issues. Otherwise as long as you had inspection contingency on your offer you can back out.
