A friend who has 25k followers, had her account closed, apparently because Instagram mistaken her with some random bitcoin trader or some 💩. She created a new account and that got closed too.
How can we reach out to customer support to clarify this issue?
FB security breeches resulted in them accidentally backing up my current IG email and password with my old (deactivated) email and password, leaving me unable to access my account or change the password for over 3 years and counting. At the time, never thought to integrate IG to FB.
Suffice to say, I have not accessed this IG page in years. It’s still open, I reached out to a few FB employees through meet ups to help me to no avail.
I have since deactivated FB. My untouched IG is still live but not been active for over 3 years. I still can’t get anyone to assist.
